A: If you find defects after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.

A: Free sample but delivery fee charged.
These charges will be refunded to you when your mass production order is confirmed.
