JUST Chillin’ Team Kalakas and Safehouse Deez Darts earned separate victories Tuesday in the Tuesday Latte Stone “B” Division of the SEDA Bud Light Dart League.

Team Kalakas secured the fifth overall spot in the team standings with a total of 74 wins after beating Jonny’s PU IN SAI, 9-6.

Kalakas’ strong start was the key factor as Henry “Hank Solo” Reyes, Stanley “Spartans” Aldan, and Manny “Jun” Lizama claimed three of the four rounds in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out game. As a team, they swept the Partners Crazy Cricket and Partners 501 games to stretch their lead 7-1.

PU IN SAI started to find their groove with Ron “Big Ron” Chisato and Derol Tudela  splitting the Singles Regular Cricket games. At this point, Kalakas had already secured match victory, but PU IN SAI continued to put up a fight, snagging the remaining three rounds before settling for defeat, 6-9.

The Safehouse Deez Darts shot down the Oleai Smokerz, 9-6.

Deez Darts shined as individuals, establishing control early with Carlos Rivera, KC Yangilmau and Ezra Helgen pulling a 3-1 run in the opening game.

The Smokerz fought back as a team, splitting the following two partners games while Chris Soumataw and Max Akko stepped up in the Singles Regular Cricket game for the third consecutive split of the night.

But Deez Darts’ momentum could not be broken as they claimed the final Team 1101 match to seal a 9-6 victory.

Also joining the celebration were the top ranked Last Shot NoSkillJustLuck which defeated Bistro Bulachelus, 10-5; the Tambayan Boys Kill 5 who edged the Last Shot Darty Deeds, 8-7; the 6JMS Champions who outlasted Oleai Aimrite, 8-7; and 6JMS Shaka which dominated Rendezvous Ngarangever, 12-3.
